Area Director
Howard County FCA is currently looking to hire an Area Director to lead the ministry in the county.
The Area Director will prayerfully create and sustain the plan to grow the FCA ministry in the assigned geography through Board, Donor and Staff development. The Area Director is responsible for working with staff and volunteers to fund and manage the finances of the ministry. As the spiritual leader, guided by God and devoted to Jesus Christ, the Area Director models the FCA values of Integrity, Serving, Teamwork and Excellence in dealing with staff, volunteers, athletes and coaches.

Director of Clubs
Central MD FCA is currently looking to hire Director of Clubs to expand the ministry in the area.
Director of Club Purpose: The Director of Club is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the effective operation of Club processes, systems, and resources. This role requires a leader who can manage Club operations, establish logistics, secure facilities, and foster a Christ-centered environment that promotes spiritual growth alongside athletic excellence. This role plays a crucial role in not only developing athletes' skills but also in nurturing their spiritual growth and fostering a community grounded in Christian values. This position requires a dynamic leader who can seamlessly blend sports management with ministry, ensuring a holistic and impactful experience for all participants.

Area Representative
Howard County FCA is currently looking to hire Full time Area Representatives to expand the ministry in the county.
Area Rep Job Purpose: The Area Representative develops and leads a team of volunteers that accomplish FCA's vision and mission throughout a set geographic area. He/she does this by making FCA known on the middle school, high school and college campuses and the communities in the area engaging the coaches and student athlete leaders to use the powerful medium of sports to see the world transformed by Jesus Christ.
